Darren Korito is a graduate of The University of Wisconsin. He has been in the animal care field since 1980 first working in and then managing his father’s boarding and breeding kennel located in Janesville Wisconsin. During his time in the Midwest, Darren was active in the local St. Bernard and Irish Wolfhound conformation organizations and handled his father’s dogs in the show ring. After a number of years in the insurance industry, Darren and his wife Sky became involved with several of the local pet rescue organizations. They currently care for more than 10 animals at home and do what they can to help any pet in distress or need. Darren also attends the national ABKA convention yearly and pet care educational presentations/seminars as often as possible. Pat Caracciolo, a professional animal trainer for over 25 years, is known as one of the most diversified animal behavior and training consultants in his field. He has worked with a variety of species of marine mammals including killer whales, dolphins, sea lions and polar bears, a variety of exotic birds including parrots and the majestic American bald eagle. Pat often lectures at schools, training clinics, etc… and has also appeared many times with animals on a variety of national radio and television shows. After 16 years as an animal trainer at SeaWorld parks in Cleveland, San Antonio and Orlando, Pat started “Pat The Dog“Training and Behavior consulting in St. Louis. He also worked as a consultant for The Ralston Purina Pet Care Center, managing the training and husbandry for 950 dogs and cats. Pat and his family have recently returned to the Central Florida area. Pat has taken the same positive reinforcement training techniques used with marine mammals and developed programs for the pet owner. He is offering private in-home and group obedience classes. Classes range from puppy kindergarten to advanced obedience.
